Reservations can be made directly with Freefall Adventures, Florida. Fill out the online Reservation form or call us at (941) 679-9779 A non-refundable deposit of $100 per tour per person is required for Freefall Adventures, Florida to hold seats for you. The deposit forms part of your final payment, which is due 90 days prior to departure. If SSA receives cancellation within 90 days of departure, the following per person cancellation fees apply: 60-90 days prior to departure: 20% of total price 30-60 days prior to departure: 40% of total price 15-30 days prior to departure: 60% of total price Any time thereafter: 100% of total price. Any person requiring special attention should notify SSA at the time the reservation is made. SSA will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of tour participants. Tour prices are per person, based on two persons sharing a room. Single room supplements are available. Tour Documents including air tickets are sent 4 weeks prior to departure. Passports and visas, any gratuities for services rendered, laundry, spirit alcohol and all other items of a personal nature. SSA is responsible to you in making arrangements for the tour services offered in the advert and brochure, including transportation, sightseeing and accommodation. The carriers, Bed and Breakfasts, game farm and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, or joint ventures with SSA. All travel documents issued by SSA are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier, and to the laws of the country in which the service is supplied. If the services included in the tour cannot be supplied or there are changes in the itinerary for reasons beyond our control, we will arrange for the provision of comparable services. We reserve the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, to expel any tour participant from the tour, to make changes in the itinerary whenever we deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the tour participants, and to cancel a tour at any time. The tour participant agrees that neither SSA nor their affiliates shall be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death, and property loss) or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing tour services, or of any other person.
